Climbers Supply Privacy policy

Climbers Supply will never sell or give your name, address and e-mail to any other company or organization except for shipping purposes (UPS and or others in the supply chain can't ship or deliver your package without an address). We do not send unsolicited sales e-mail.

Personal information

When you order from us, all your personal information we collect is used to process your order, then send it to you. The e-mail address you place on the checkout page is for sale purposes only in case we need to contact you about your order. Climbers Supply does not engage in telemarketing. We will not sell, trade, or give your information to anyone else - so you will not receive phone calls or spam emails because of us.

Cookies

Climbers Supply uses a secure website to encrypt all sales transactions. Your credit card number and other information is encrypted or scrambled and transmitted via a secure server and then de-encrypted - so only we can read it.
